I work with young people to help them develop emotional awareness, confidence, and practical life skills.
My approach is structured, supportive, and focused on helping children understand their emotions and respond to life situations in healthier ways.

This program is designed for children aged 11–14.
No. This is a structured emotional skills program, not individual therapy.
It focuses on helping young people build practical skills for managing emotions, confidence, and social situations.
Each session is structured and guided. It includes short teaching, activities, and supported discussion.
Children are never put on the spot or forced to share personal experiences.
That’s completely fine. Participation is supported, not forced.
Activities are designed so children can engage in different ways (writing, reflection, small group tasks).
Topics are handled in a general, age-appropriate, and structured way.
The focus is on emotional understanding, communication, boundaries, and social situations—not explicit discussion or personal disclosure.
Groups are kept small with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure safety, structure, and individual attention.
A short screening call is completed before enrolment.
This ensures the program is appropriate and that your child will benefit from the group.
If your child requires more intensive or individual support, this program may not be suitable.
In that case, a more appropriate referral or recommendation will be discussed during the screening call.
